If you're a streamer or content creator, for example, the last thing you need is for your viewers to catch a glimpse of your Microsoft Account on screen because it's just rotating there in the top corner of your dashboard should you happen to go there.
That's all you need to do in settings, now head back to your home screen and check the top right-hand corner. Where once you saw your name with your email address beneath on rotation with your Gamertag, you'll now just see your name as in the image below.
Hide your email address in the new Xbox One Dashboard
A: This can happen if neither you nor any of your friends have chosen to represent themselves as avatars. Refer to the section above on making changes to your profile to display your avatar. Also note that, as we continue to roll out avatars more broadly, not all your fiends will have the ability to create their own avatars. As more people get access to the new avatars, you will see more and more avatars appearing on the dashboard.
Message list Normally Outlook Web App shows three lines of information for each message in your inbox: sender, subject, and part of the first line of text. Use this option to show the sender or subject on top, and show or hide the preview line.
Qbox account owners can share their folders with other users simply by sending an invitation to their email addresses at the Web Dashboard. Invited users, who do not already have a Qbox account, get an email with a link for setting up Qbox on their computers. They can access the folders and files after installing Qbox on their computers. Folders and files can be accessed only by the owner and by the users with whom they are shared.
Qbox needs to be setup with a unique email address on each Windows PC. If you want to access your Qbox folders and files from a second computer, you will need to use another email address for that computer. If you are the owner of the Qbox account, you can send an invitation to your second email address from your account. If you are sharing a folder, the owner needs to send you another sharing invitation to the second email.
You have the option to add a four-digit Account PIN to lock your settings. Once an Account PIN is added, it will be needed to make any changes to the account settings. This feature protects your password, email address, and privacy settings.
To view or change your Enhanced Tracking Protection settings for all sites, click the shield to the left of the address bar on any webpage and select Protection Settings. This will open the Firefox OptionsPreferencesSettings Privacy & Security panel in a new tab.
IP address information - information associated with the last time a particular device was used to stream from your Netflix member account from a particular IP address (available under Settings).
Make sure you have an email address for the user who needs access. This must either be a Google Account email address (such as user@gmail.com) or an email address that is linked to a Google Account. You can learn more about how to choose the right email address in the Email section below.
When you create a new profile, the part of the email address before @ is automatically used to populate the Profile name field. For example, if you enter person@google.com in the Email field, then person is displayed as the Profile name. (If that profile name is already in use, Campaign Manager 360 appends a number to the end of the name.)
This error message means that the user was already added as an end user. Run a search to confirm if this user already has an account. Also, an email address cannot be used both as a support address and as an identity for an agent or end user. To use the email address as a support address, you must detach it from the user it is currently associated with.
I am trying to add a colleague with a company email address and am also getting the "Email is already in use" error. No one by her name or email address appears in our Zendesk system, so not sure why its saying this.
Due to the nature of your concern, please contact support directly so that we can check the emails you are trying to register. Please don't provide any personal information, like emails, on our Community. Thank you.
First, there is the option to hide Cortana: Simply right-click the Windows 10 Taskbar and select Show Cortana Button. The Cortana halo ring disappears. She's still active and easily accessible, however. Tap the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing.
Click Revoke permission and sign out, and you'll be signed out of Cortana, your chat history will be cleared, and Cortana won't track information such as your location or connect with your calendar, email, contacts, and other apps and services. But you won't be able to use Cortana, either. The next time you sign in, Cortana will once again track you and connect with all those services.
The Xbox Series X and S, by default, show the email address connected to your Microsoft account on the dashboard. This is presumably so you can look up in the corner and see which account is signed in at the moment. However, if you're someone who streams and would prefer the whole world not have your email address, there's a pretty easy fix you can employ to hide it.
According to Windows Central, all you need to do is open up the Settings app on your Xbox Series X or S console. From there, make sure you're on the Account page, then select "Sign-in, security & passkey." If the "Show on Home" box is checked, that means your email address is shown on the dashboard for all the world to see. Simply uncheck that box and go back to the dashboard. You should find that your name now displays, but your email address is (thankfully) nowhere to be found.
When you sign up for a new AWS service, it can take up to 24 hours in some cases to complete activation, during which time you cannot sign up for the service again. If you've been waiting longer than 24 hours without receiving an email confirming activation, this could indicate a problem with your account or the authorization of your payment details. Please contact AWS Customer Service for help.
Yes, it is possible to configure DNS Failover by associating health checks with resource record sets within a Private DNS hosted zone. If your endpoints are within a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), you have several options to configure health checks against these endpoints. If the endpoints have public IP addresses, then you can create a standard health check against the public IP address of each endpoint. If your endpoints only have private IP addresses, then you cannot create standard health checks against these endpoints. However, you can create metric based health checks, which function like standard Amazon Route 53 health checks except that they use an existing Amazon CloudWatch metric as the source of endpoint health information instead of making requests against the endpoint from external locations.
Yes. Just like you can create a Route 53 resource record that points to an address outside AWS, you can set up health checks for parts of your application running outside AWS, and you can fail over to any endpoint that you choose, regardless of location. For example, you may have a legacy application running in a datacenter outside AWS and a backup instance of that application running within AWS. You can set up health checks of your legacy application running outside AWS, and if the application fails the health checks, you can fail over automatically to the backup instance in AWS.
Because each Route 53 health check publishes its results as a CloudWatch metric, you can configure the full range of CloudWatch notifications and automated actions which can be triggered when the health check value changes beyond a threshold that you specify. First, in either the Route 53 or CloudWatch console, configure a CloudWatch alarm on the health check metric. Then add a notification action and specify the email or SNS topic that you want to publish your notification to. Please consult the Route 53 Developer Guide for full details.
Within the SNS console, expand the list of topics, and select the topic from your alarm. Open the "Create Subscription" box and select Email for protocol and enter the desired email address. Clicking "Subscribe" will re-send the confirmation email.
Occasionally, Amazon Route 53 customers create health checks that specify an IP address or domain name that does not belong to them. If your web server is getting unwanted HTTP(s) requests that you have traced to Amazon Route 53 health checks, please provide information on the unwanted health check using this form, and we will work with our customer to fix the problem.
In order to register a domain name, you need to provide contact information for the registrant of the domain, including name, address, phone number, and email address. If the administrative and technical contacts are different, you need to provide that contact information, too.
Conditional forwarding rules allow Resolver to forward queries for specified domains to the target IP address of your choice, typically an on-premises DNS resolver. Rules are applied at the VPC level and can be managed from one account and shared across multiple accounts.
A DNS endpoint includes one or more elastic network interfaces (ENI) that attach to your Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). Each ENI is assigned an IP address from the subnet space of the VPC where it is located. This IP address can then serve as a forwarding target for on-premises DNS servers to forward queries. Endpoints are required both for DNS query traffic that you're forwarding from VPCs to your network and from your network to your VPCs over AWS Direct Connect and Managed VPN.
If you don\u2019t want certain games to appear when you list your gaming library, you can hide them in a few steps:Turn on your PS4 and wait for the Dashboard to load. From your dashboard, scroll over to your Library. In the Library, go to Purchased to see all of the games you've purchased on your PSN account.Go to any game that you want to hide from this menu.Press the Options key on your PS4 controller.Find Do Not Show Content Item in (Purchased) and click on it.By following these steps, you can make any game in your library disappear, and only the games that you want to be seen will remain visible.
